Why are water rowers better?

Can you store it upright while water is in it?
Yes, the rower can be stored upright with water. We recommend for it to be placed upright against the wall for storage.

Like stationary bikes, rowers are great for injury prevention and are also an excellent way to strengthen and condition the knees after surgery. While back strain is a concern, you can minimize your risk by using correct rowing form.
